About this Workshop The Startup101 workshop series is designed to help entrepreneurs and SMEs better understand and successfully use common and fundamental modern business tools. Join us on Thursday, September 11 and learn all about Memorandas of Understanding (an “MOU”). A number of experienced investors and lawyers will collaboratively share their experience and suggestions on a range of topics including:

- Why someone may want one (or not want one)
- When not to ask for or sign one
- What they are designed to do
- How they are sometimes used (for good and not so good)
